Job summary

VenVisor Health is seeking a Part-Time Primary Care NP/PA to deliver on-site care in skilled nursing facilities. The role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care, with annual compensation ranging from $90,000 to $120,000.

Ideal candidates hold an active NP/PA/MD license in Arkansas and have at least six months in long-term care, with strong communication and clinical skills to support elder residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted nursing or medical license in Arkansas (NP/PA/MD).
• Minimum 6 months of long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience.
• Part-time availability and flexibility to support residents’ care.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and goals.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents.
