Job summary

VenVisor Health in Nashville, AR is hiring a Primary Care NP/PA to provide on-site care in long-term care settings. This full-time role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will perform exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, order tests, develop care plans, and educate residents and families. Arkansas license and an NP/PA license are required, with at least 6 months LTC experience.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA license.
• State-specific Arkansas license in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care goals.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
