• Ability to work effectively with administrators, colleagues, central office and school based staff, students, parents and community.
• Excellent oral and written communication and human relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide appropriate learning experiences for students.
• Create an atmosphere conducive to intellectual, physical, social and emotional development.
• Supervise students in various school settings and monitor outcomes.
• Communicate with students, parents, staff and community; maintain records and follow required procedures.
• Attend school meetings, programs and activities outside the instructional day as mandated by MCEA contract.
