Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a part-time Dentist to provide general dentistry with an emphasis on oral surgery. You will work on-site, handling exams, diagnoses, routine and surgical extractions, and documentation in SOAP format with patient consent.

You will submit logs to Corporate Office after each visit and maintain up-to-date patient health histories. NO weekend/evening hours, no on-call, or third-party billing.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted State Dental License
• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Experience preferred
• Proficient in surgical techniques

Responsibilities

• Exam, diagnose and treat patients within defined scope of service
• Treat acutely symptomatic concerns
• Perform routine and surgical extractions
• Document each dental encounter using SOAP format, update health history and obtain consent
• Submit treatment log to Corporate Office after each visit
• Perform dental services within designated hours of operations
