Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Part-time General Dentist in New Haven, CT. The role covers the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care, with in-office specialty support including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

3 days per week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8AM–5PM. The position offers a daily guarantee or a compensation model based on 36% of collections. Excellent CE opportunities and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
