42 North Dental is seeking a part-time General Dentist in New Haven, CT. The position offers three days per week: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

A daily guaranteed rate or a percentage of collections up to 36% is provided, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth. You will manage the full patient experience, from exam to treatment planning, while performing in-office services across general dentistry and related specialties.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on developments and continuing education.
