Gentle Dental in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our established practice. This position offers a three-day workweek, a strong patient flow, and access to an experienced clinical support network.

H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship are available for this position, and the role provides in-house specialist support, a PPO-dominant patient base, and a production-based compensation model. First 60 days guaranteed compensation applies.

Qualifications

• New graduates welcome
• Current Washington State Dental License, or ability to obtain one by start of employment
• Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative and hygiene dental care to a steady patient flow.
• Develop diagnostic skills and clinical efficiency through a broad range of treatments.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists for complex cases and referrals
