Qualifications

• New graduates welcome
• Graduate of an accredited dental school
• Current Washington State Dental License, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment
• Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry including restorative and hygiene treatments
• Work a part-time schedule of 3 days per week
• Collaborate with in-house Board Eligible/Board Certified specialists to support specialty needs
• Maintain compliance with licensing and professional certification requirements
