Remotebridge is seeking a seasoned General Counsel for a part-time contractor role focused on AI and legal tech. You will draft, review, negotiate, and redline MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs, applying deep tech sector experience to ensure robust risk management.

You will help shape how AI contracts are trained and evaluated, contributing to contract redlining workflows and providing actionable feedback to AI systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-house experience focused on technology transactions (MSAs/NDAs/ISDAs/DPAs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills translating legal expertise into AI feedback.
• Demonstrated focus on innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios and provide expert feedback to improve model performance.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and practices for AI-driven contract review.
