Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Keep the dish room spotless: trash emptied, floors mopped, cans cleaned.
• Set up and break down dish machines daily, ensuring safe operation.
• Pre-soak, scrub, and sanitize pots, pans, silverware, and more.
• Monitor water temperatures and cleaning standards for guest safety.
• Assist teammates, stay flexible, and hustle through busy shifts.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
