Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe in Greenville is seeking Servers to join the team. The Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering food and drinks to guests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Open Interviews for all positions are held on Mondays and Tuesdays at the store from 2 PM - 4 PM. Check in with the host. If we decide to move forward, please have your Form I9 documents available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner.
• Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
