Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe in Greenville, SC is seeking servers to join our team. You will take food and beverage orders, deliver orders to tables, and ensure guest satisfaction. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Open interviews for all positions are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the store from 2 PM to 4 PM. If we decide to move forward, please have your Form I-9 documents available. Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner.
• Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
