Job summary

Wild Wing Cafe in Greenville is seeking servers to join our team. The Server will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. Open interviews are held Mondays and Tuesdays from 2 PM to 4 PM at the store. Form I-9 documents should be ready if we proceed.

Prior customer service experience and strong communication skills are preferred. This seasonal/part-time or full-time position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to lift trays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
