Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking a part-time Full-Stack Engineer to evaluate AI-generated code remotely in the United States. You will create, review, and validate software tasks, applying your full-stack judgment to ensure robust solutions.

This 100% remote, under-20-hours-per-week contract offers flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay. Strong experience across frontend and backend, APIs, and system architecture is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building production-grade full-stack apps across languages.
• Deep knowledge of browser apps, APIs, state, databases, integration and debugging.
• Fluent English; ability to explain software architecture and debugging.
• No AI experience required, but reviewing AI-generated code is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create and solve realistic full-stack tasks involving user-facing features and APIs
• Trace requests and data across browsers and back-end services to judge whether an AI implementation works correctly
• Write professional reference solutions and validate code across front-end and back-end systems
• Review AI-generated code for security, performance and maintainability, and explain where it needs improvement
