Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment following safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance; work with leadership to resolve shortages.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Uphold a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork; may be assigned other duties.
