Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a team member to efficiently fulfill customer orders with accuracy, safety, and a customer-first approach. You will operate certified equipment and help maintain inventory accuracy across the store.

Daily tasks include assisting customers, validating orders, and collaborating with leadership to resolve short picks, while maintaining clean, organized staging areas and following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification required; must obtain if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and resolving short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork to meet daily goals.
• Performs additional duties as needed to support the business.
