Job summary

H&S Energy Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Sacramento. You will support daily store operations, cashier at the POS, maintain product displays, ensure food/beverage quality, and foster a safe, welcoming environment for customers.

Key duties include greeting customers, promoting promotions, handling cash and refunds, stocking and merchandising, and following safety and sanitation guidelines. Flexible scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at checkout.
• Operate POS for cash, credit and debit transactions; issue receipts and process refunds per policy.
• Maintain store presentation, stock shelves, signage, and pricing accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain self-serve food/beverage stations; follow food safety guidelines.
• Keep the facility clean and safe; report hazards and assist with safety protocols.
• Support car wash operations if applicable and follow shift duties as assigned.
