Flagstar Bank is seeking a Part-Time Branch Banking Client Consultant I in South Bend, IN. You will deliver front-line client service, perform teller transactions, and educate clients on financial solutions to support their goals.

As part of the branch team, you’ll help achieve growth targets, balance operational risk, and ensure regulatory compliance, while providing a positive, trusted branch experience for everyday banking needs.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience required: Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and client acquisition, delivering the right introductions to the right team member to drive sales.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions and problems and resolving issues promptly.
• Risk Management: Perform accurate daily financial transactions and adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
