Job Overview

Crossroads Treatment Centers is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder. Since 2005, we have been committed to helping patients start their recovery journey through evidence-based care across multiple states.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients, receiving payments, and supporting daily operations.
  2. Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and offer a positive patient experience.
  3. Guide new patients through their intake process.
  4. Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screening as needed.
  5. Maintain financial records and reports.
  6. Coordinate with medical and clinical staff for patient intake processes.
  7. Provide clerical and logistical support.
  8. Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration is a plus.
  • Lived addiction experience is advantageous.
Schedule
  • Monday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Thursday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Sunday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
