Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to perform cashier and service center functions.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers.
• Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible.
• Maintain knowledge of front end procedures including cash handling and register functions.
• Ensure front end presentation is neat and clean and all procedures are followed.
• Report any register issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
