Job summary

Cosentino's Ottawa location is seeking a part-time Utility Clerk/Sacker to support the Front-End Team. The role involves bagging groceries, assisting customers to their vehicles, and maintaining a clean store environment.

You will work under the Front-End Manager and contribute to efficient front-end operations. The ideal candidate has strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Obtain required liquor license or food handler permit within 14 days.
• Assist with bagging groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service: greet customers and assist to their vehicle.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment including sales floor, breakroom, check stands, and restrooms.
• Retrieve carts from the parking lot and ensure they are clean and operable.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Resolve customer inquiries or concerns with management assistance.
