Trinity Health MercyOne is seeking a part-time Specialist, Customer Support for our retail front store. You will operate the cash register, assist customers, and ensure a welcoming checkout experience.

This role requires maintaining a clean, organized checkout area and supporting front-end merchandising with stock and display upkeep. Responsibilities include handling cash, processing payments, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to policy.

Formación

• Knowledge of retail customer service and POS operations typically obtained through a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service at the front store register and greet customers.
• Operate the cash register and POS system; process sales transactions and various payment types.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including drawer accountability and end-of-shift procedures.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, voids, and price adjustments within policy and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and stock bags and supplies.
• Support front-end merchandising by stocking, facing, and rotating items and ensuring displays are presentable.
• Assist with front store organization tasks and communicate low-stock or display issues to leadership.
