Trinity Health MercyOne in DeWitt, AR is seeking a part-time Specialist, Customer Support to deliver friendly, efficient service at the front store checkout. You will operate the cash register and POS, handle cash and electronic payments, greet customers, and assist with product questions in a clean, welcoming area.

You will support front-end merchandising by stocking, facing, and rotating items and ensuring accurate signage.

Formación

• Knowledge of retail customer service, cashier and POS operations.
• Experience with basic merchandising support front store environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide positive customer service at the front store register.
• Operate cash register and POS, process sales accurately.
• Follow cash handling controls and procedures.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds and price adjustments within limits.
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and assist with merchandising.
