Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and uses his or her name whenever possible.
• Unload customers' groceries from cart to belt and group items for bagging.
• Scan orders and handle payment transactions per standard practice.
• Follow procedures for refunds, exchanges, and cash handling.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer to take their order to their car.
• Maintain a neat and clean front end area and dress code compliance.
• Report any register malfunction to management and ensure MVP savings center is stocked.
