HomeGoods, a division of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Retail Associate for our Salisbury, MD location. You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, engage with shoppers, and maintain a clean, organized store while supporting daily operations including merchandising and loss prevention.

We value excellent service, flexibility in scheduling, and strong teamwork. You will ring sales, promote credit and loyalty programs, assist with stock preparation, and participate in safety

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
