Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and employees at a front desk within a technology-focused location.
• Monitor access by verifying visitor credentials and issuing passes.
• Answer calls, receive deliveries, and communicate entry procedures and safety guidelines.
• Observe lobby activity, report unusual conditions, and deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following emergency protocols and notify appropriate personnel.
