Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer at a financial institution in Phoenix, AZ. You will welcome visitors, manage access, badge procedures, and monitor security systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Front Desk Officer, you will respond calmly to incidents, coordinate with colleagues, and help maintain a safe, professional lobby environment. A guard card and security experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.
• Criminal history considered per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors at a front desk.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials.
• Monitor entry activity and respond to alarms.
• Respond to incidents calmly following procedures.
• Answer phones and maintain a welcoming lobby.
