Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals according to established site procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility, maintain visitor and delivery logs, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, problem-solving manner while following site-specific protocols.
• Assist with communication between visitors, employees, and authorized personnel while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
