Qualifications

• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badges is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Applicants will undergo a background investigation as required by law.
• A drug screen may be required prior to employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor access to lobby and entry points, direct visitors to contacts, deter unauthorized access.
• Answer and route calls, receive deliveries, and communicate professionally with building personnel and emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document details, and report concerns through established procedures.
