Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and guests at a front desk location while enforcing site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Monitor the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests to appropriate contacts or meeting areas.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records and communicate arrivals, concerns, or access issues to appropriate site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor entry points and front-desk activity to deter unauthorized access and report unusual or suspicious activity to leadership and site management.
