Qualifications

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the location, greet visitors, verify credentials, maintain visitor records and direct guests according to site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Answer phones, receive deliveries and communicate relevant information to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
