Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following site-specific procedures.
• Monitor access at the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify IDs, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents calmly, coordinating with campus personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Answer phones, give directions, provide information, and report suspicious activity.
• Maintain daily activity reports and other required documentation for the location.
