Qualifications

At least two years of security experience required.
Guard card or license preferred.
CPR certification preferred.
18+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff at a front desk in an automotive environment.
Greet and direct visitors, sign-in, issue access credentials, and maintain records.
Monitor access points, observe lobby activity, report security concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following established procedures.
Answer calls and provide information to create a welcoming environment.
