Job summary

Allied Universal in Denver, CO is seeking a Part Time Enhanced Security Officer – Front Desk at a retail site. This role offers reliable, fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional hours via our scheduling platform.

You will greet visitors, verify credentials, monitor access, and respond to incidents with calm, professional judgment. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred, with CPR/First Aid recommended.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and shoppers at a retail location.
• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk and maintain a welcoming presence.
• Monitor access to designated areas and verify visitor credentials.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, solution‑oriented manner.
• Deter unauthorized activity by monitoring front desk activity and following escalation procedures.
