Qualifications

• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees at the front desk.
• Monitor entry activity, greet and screen visitors, verify IDs and appointments.
• Maintain accurate logs of visitors, contractors, and deliveries; communicate access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Deter unauthorized access and report suspicious activity.
