Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front desk customer service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing guests in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Follow established security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control and visitor management requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence while supporting emergency response activities and communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
