Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Security Officer in Ashburn, VA. You will provide a welcoming front desk presence at a financial institution, manage visitor access, and support badge procedures while maintaining security and customer service standards.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with pay at $25.00 per hour. Ideal candidates will have security experience, licensing preferred, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.

Formación

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk of a financial institution by following site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Monitor visitor access, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Receive and direct guests, deliveries, and service personnel while maintaining a professional, welcoming presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Monitor front desk communications and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
