Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk within a logistics and distribution location.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify ID and access, issue visitor credentials, and log visits.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and report issues to staff.
• Respond calmly to incidents following established reporting procedures.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence and support access-control operations.
