Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer for Digital Visitor Check In in El Segundo, CA. You will welcome visitors, manage access, and provide professional customer service at a commercial real estate location.

Responsibilities include monitoring security systems and responding to incidents while maintaining accurate logs and a courteous, safe lobby environment. Must be at least 18 (21 for armed roles) with a HS diploma and background screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements as per state/local laws may apply.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, issue visitor credentials, and direct people to appropriate areas.
• Monitor building access, visitor activity, alarms, cameras, and other security systems from the reception area.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and emergencies, coordinating with property management and responders.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident reports while keeping the lobby welcoming and professional.
