Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
• Answer and route incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate visitor arrivals or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual activity or security concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
