Pinebrook of Milford by StoryPoint Group is seeking a part-time Receptionist in Milford, OH. Weekly schedule includes every other Saturday and Sunday from 12pm-8pm with a pay of $16 per hour.

The role involves greeting residents and guests, handling calls, assisting with mail and reservations, and supporting the Leasing Team and maintenance coordination as needed. Comprehensive benefits are offered by the employer.

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer all telephone calls and properly transfer calls to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Answering routine telephone inquiries.
• Greet all residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer all prospective residents and families to the Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver all mail, internal messages and packages to residents and staff.
• Identify emergency procedures and report issues to supervisor.
