Qualifications

• Must be available for evening and weekend hours.

• Clerical/receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate telephone, answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments.
• Greet residents, families, and employees and direct or escort them to their destination.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information and funds following HIPAA guidelines.
• Multi-task and perform light clerical duties as needed; assist other personnel as requested.
• Communicate effectively with department staff to ensure facility efficiency.
• Create and maintain a warm, personal environment and calm atmosphere throughout the facility.
