Faith Haven Senior Care Center is seeking a Receptionist to be the primary contact for incoming calls and visitors, providing essential administrative support. The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

The position offers a starting wage of 14.50 USD per hour with yearly increases, plus PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k plan. Includes weekend rotation and no late-night shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are expected.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet residents, family members, and visitors in person or by phone.
• Answer phones professionally and route callers as needed.
• Maintain weekly schedules for administrative staff as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident, employee, and facility information.
• Update facility phone listing as needed.
