Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club Of the Northern Plains in Milbank, SD is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to implement front desk policies and data entry processes. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High level organizational skills.
• Friendly, personable and able to communicate well in person and through the phone.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work between 3pm–7pm (School Year) and 7:15am–6:15pm (Summer); Monday-Friday and Club special events as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors and telephone callers with a friendly attitude.
• Ensure front desk space is up-to-date, organized, fun, safe, and welcoming.
• Record monies received and ensure daily receipts balance.
• Track member program participation and membership data in tracking software.
• Update member data in tracking software and paper files.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to performance plans.
• Perform clerical tasks including membership cards, mailings, and scanning reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
