HealthFitness is seeking a part-time Lead Front Desk Attendant for our client site in Batavia, Ohio. You will lead front desk operations, guide staff during shifts, and ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests while supporting check-ins, sign-ins, and basic membership activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of in-person customer service, plus CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire. Strong computer skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of in-person customer service experience.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with a member management/POS system.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, team-based front desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in members and guests with a welcoming attitude.
• Assist with member sales and renewals as needed.
• Provide oversight to front desk staff during shifts and support onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, efficient front desk area and handle transactions.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with management as needed.
