HealthFitness is seeking a part-time Lead Front Desk Attendant at our client site in Batavia, Ohio. You will oversee front desk operations, support staff, and ensure a welcoming experience for members and guests.

Schedule: 20 hours per week with varying shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, handling member check-ins and transactions, and assisting with membership sales and renewals while maintaining a high standard of service in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• OSHA compliant Adult First Aid/CPR/AED within 30 days of hire.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to navigate and troubleshoot electronic systems.
• Strong interpersonal, accountability and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front desk operations and supervise front desk staff during shifts.
• Assist with member check-ins, guest sign-ins and transactions; support membership sales and renewals.
• Provide welcoming, positive experiences for members and guests; elevate performance issues to the Membership Manager.
