Job summary

Rydell Auto Center in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Part Time Receptionist with excellent customer service and a professional, friendly attitude. You will greet all customers and direct them to the correct department, while assisting with basic office tasks to support Sales and Office teams.

Schedule/Pay: work 2-3 days per week; Mondays 2pm–7pm, Tue–Fri 2pm–6pm, and every other Saturday 8am–5pm; pay is $17/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic office software is a plus.
• Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, aiming to minimize hold time.
• Assist the managers with clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient with customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
