Job summary

Rydell Auto Center in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Part Time Receptionist with excellent customer service and a winning attitude. You will greet all customers and direct them to their destination, while supporting basic office tasks to assist Sales and Office departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Professional appearance and communication skills are required.
• Flexibility to work weeknights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department.
• Handle customer inquiries and refer to appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Communicate professionally to minimize hold time for callers and visitors.
• Assist managers with clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, and efficient with customers and staff.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and procedures to assist customers efficiently.
