Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge in Wall Township, NJ. You will be the face of the community, welcoming residents, families, and visitors while ensuring a warm, safe, and organized environment.

This role supports the Sales team, assists with move-ins, and maintains the front desk and Bistro area. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, is organized, and can multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized with time management and follow-through.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
