Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking an energetic Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and teammates. This part-time role covers front desk operations with a focus on friendly, efficient service in a welcoming environment.

The Concierge will assist with coordinating resident services, transportation, and activities, while supporting management with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of customer service/front desk experience in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls as needed.
• Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors with a smile.
• Maintain outside visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling.
• Order office supplies and handle light clerical work.
• Address resident concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Complete work order requests.
